The bolt, either get those things that you put in the bolt by drilling out the center and tapping them in then rotating them till the bolt (if your lucky) comes out or drill the bolt out and tap the hole.
Wonder what other guys have done (other forums, google, etc...) have done.
As for the transmission/clutch thing, that was the thing I was thinking of with the lines and was glad I went with what I have now since it was literally a plug and play. My ranger line was making contact with my header but caught that in time and that was having it break twice on the fitting that hooks to the clutch slave on the trans that shortened it about 3 inches total. The f150 may be to long and my line I have doesnt bend easliy, stock ranger one that is.
Also how new are the timing chain/sprockets/ May not be a bad time to throw on a new set of those while you are there. Got mine from autozone for a decent price. I was told not to use summit ones since they have alot of slack in them out of the box but they also cost more too.
