Passenger Side Coil Bucket done with oxy-propane
Passenger beam drop bracket comparison. I used oxy-propane to cut off 1 rivet. As a result, I set fire to oil residue on the frame as well as my right pant leg. Switched to the cutting wheel and grinder after that.
Factory Radius Arm Bracket vs Duff Tranny Cross Member/Radius arm bracket
Two Rivets and a bolt left on the coil bucket. I have to be much more careful on the drivers side because all of the wiring and fuel/brake lines are on this side.
Also need to get the drives side of the factory tranny cross member off. Those will be on the next trip to work. After that, I am going to wire wheel the frame and get a couple coats of rust-bonding paint on there to add some protection. While I let those harden, I need to get the old axle pivot bushings out of the I-beams and get those cleaned and painted up.
Everything is finally coming together and I am beginning to see the faint light at the end of the tunnel!
