Hello all. First time poster, long time lurker. I have a 1999 Ford Ranger that has paint that is starting to oxidize. It has not started flaking yet. The worst of it is on the hood and top of the cab. It's now starting to show up around the rest of the truck too.
What can I do to save this before it gets too bad? Is it already too late? Would it be better to take it to a professional? If so, who would handle this kind of thing? If you have a suggestion for a person in the Inland Empire and surrounding area of Southern California, let me know.
Looks ok for the most part.
Until you look at the hood.
Where the cab meets the bed.
Also, if anyone has any suggestions on how to take care of the yellowing headlights, I'd be interested in that too.
