Barney and L’il Bit

Why I can’t have nice trucks… She’ll go blasting down any cow path that puts her onto decent fish. At least our farm pond is only 1/4 mile from her front door… Yes, those are crappie. She’s 5’2”, you figure it out…

PVC scraps, an extra trailer U-bolt, and the back lug on the cattlerack makes a decent painting/drying stand.

I used those racks, cut down 50%, to do the sides on Barney’s trailer. Might cut them down further on the Dodge.

Oh, that’s “Rat F*** the Wonder Truck” the most reliably unreliable truck I’ve ever owned. 1969 D100-128 going from 2wd 1/2t to 4wd 3/4t via K20/K30 Chevy axles.

Easy, very easy…
1. 4 corner leaf springs as issued, beam axle 2wd.
2. Squarebody GM f/r axles are a direct bolt in. Including the leaf springs, same width/length.
3. Replace 727 2wd tailhosing with a 4wd tailhousing. Bolt on Dodge or GM spec NP205. Add crossmember.
4. Use the driveshafts from the K20/30 donor truck.

I’m using Squarebody and gmt400 parts to add: power steering, power brakes, power windows, updated seat/shoulder belts,
