Been hanging around these forums since high school when I had my first truck, Isabella, a '96 4-banger ranger. Lean mean indestructible machine. Been looking for a square body for years and finally just grabbed an '86 V6 Extended Cab 4x4 from Georgia. Drove it 14 hours up the coast to the cold northeast. She's going to be a forever truck and looking forward to hanging around these forums more often.

I thought trucks from Georgia automatically stalled out at the Mason-Dixon line at a futile attempt of self preservation? :stop:

You joke, but I did temporarily break down in Maryland ;), luckily close to a parts store. Personally just made the relocation to the NE from the Southern parts a few years ago.

By chance, how does one get into the Tailgate section of the forum? I clicked the box on the signup to view posts from there.

Nice truck...it's RED.

Why in the world would you want to do this:
1. Move north
2. Get into the Tailgate section?

Welcome to TRS :shok:

It take a day or so.

I think one of the moderators or admins has to give you permission manually after you check the box.

In theory, theory and practice are the same. In practice, they are different.

I'm pretty sure access to the tailgate is software driven. I know I've never done a manual approval.

If you can't access it... double check your selection and ensure you save any changes.

If you still don't have access we can look deeper into the issue.

Also... nice little truck. Glad you're gonna keep it going.
