We've been talking about gathering on Sunday 10/21/2018. As of right now, the temperature forecast has dropped to 46 degrees and mostly sunny. Due to the temperature, I thought it would be best to have a meet and greet someplace where we could check out the trucks, but still have a place to socialize inside.

I had considered Buffalo Wild Wings, but the found 'Ford's Garage' just up the street from it.

We will be gathering at 'Ford's Garage' at 1:00 PM on Sunday October 21st.

Bring your Ford Ranger or Bronco II out and join us.

For anyone that wanted to trailer a vehicle, the mall at Fairlane Town Center (18900 Michigan Avenue, Dearborn, MI 48126) is only about a mile away. If you leave a vehicle parked there, you do so at your own risk.

Fastpakr and myself will be there. We'll be driving a Ford F-150 that we'll be renting at the airport.

Sounds like a good excuse to park the daily (stockish 09 Ranger xlt) for the toy (88 Ranger 5.0/T-5). Im just north of Detroit and would gladly make the drive especially to see some of the other project trucks out there. Bought the 88 in 1999 when I was 15 y/o. We've been through a lot together!

Got what I think is a cool Ranger pickup.
1999 standard cab on a 2001 V8 Explorer AWD Frame

Actually lived in east Dearborn for 21 years.
And worked at the Engineering center on village road for a time .
Then moved over to SVT in 2003. For development of the Ford GT (40) and became spoiled rotten.

Happy to say I was around and involved with the 100 year events.

do they want very high mileage daily drivers? about 345,000 miles now.

looking at it you'd swear it only had a quarter million miles on it.

Actually, I learned last year that after he sold his inn here the guy who founded the town ended up not too far from where you used to live in Ohio.

i have seen that truck.



i sure as fawk dont want to go get my truck from ohio....its half tore apart..we were sent here right when i was starting to work on it...i got hurt and am still barely able to work but working at least....but wont take long to put the dash back if i need to bring it...just got a new wiring harness and was prepping to rebuild the rear floors/mounts.


i am up in northern pa for a bit. adsm08 you can ride with me in my shop truck if you want...meet me on 80? lewisburg or williamsport?

go home and take the explorer or sarahs new 150 to the deal..

on telegraph pulling out of maxines and southfield/dix area coming out of the sears....i was in mine sometime in may i think...could have been june.

possibly the red 4x4 too...thought i seen that when visiting my dad in building 4 on rotunda 1-2 years ago. not sure how long you have had it...but the hood is like my old one...well mines a first gen.. but crusty like that. thought i seen it at the murrys on vanborn..or whatever the fawk its called now.


the low rider seems the only one i think i have seen with that bumper headlight combo. was wondering what was in it...assumed it was those style wheels.
