Got my driver slider tacked up, but had to take break from it to go burn some rubber at my schools annual burnout contest.

Finally blew one...

Lockers dont like driving on a flat tire either. Driving off the track was a bit harsh.

I should have done the driver slider first lol. My passenger side is damaged enough that the body isnt as wide.lol

I made my driver side brackets the same as the pass, but the outter most part of the body is a cunt hair wider than the slider still. Either that or when i slammed that ditch I shifted my body over a 1/4" on all the mounts.lol

Its on my buddys phone. I just haven't had time to get it online yet.

Driver slider is 99% done. Had to drop the the tank for the most part to get at my rear mount. Had to rethink my parking brake cable mount too.

I cant wait. I will have a 98 short block in June to start building hopefully.

Forgot to mention the bad news. I cleaned all the sludge out of the SOHC pan and found a crack going between every main bolt hole......pissed. Looks like the engine was dropped on it.

Sliders done. Did a little testing on a tree even. I do want to add a second rail eventually.

Here is what I found under all the goo in the SOHC pan..

I have another one on the way.

8.8 is locked and under the B2...

Used the shock tabs a bought for the Ranger since I was too lazy to salvage the 7.5 tabs.

Anyone need a 7.5 setup for a B2? Newer brakes and 3.73s..

There is a crack from the edge all the way to the first main bolt hole then runs down along to the next main.

I noticed my pinion seal was seeping a bit when I was under the truck doing the sliders and didnt think much of it, so I figure d I should check the fluid though. I went to zip out the fill/level plug and the square hole split and broke off flush......

I also found that my rear pinion had some play....I think the nut worked loose, so I snugged it back up and pulled the cover, ran a quick pattern to check the depth. Looks good, but back lash is a bit much.. I said screw it and left it. If my r&p grenade I have an excuse to go 4.88 or 5.13.

While the cover was off I punched a hole in it and added a fill/sight bung.

Ill get pics later.

Also got the 35 under the B2, but stripped a radius arm to beam nut out, so I will have to pull the knuckle off and weld a new one in I guess.

You only have 4.10s? You truck moves those 35s pretty well then.

My 2.9 must be completly shot. I have 5.13s and cant hold 45 mph lol
