Need Some legal questions answered please.

As stated before it's an as is sale, not your problem. I sold suburban to a guy and not even ten minutes later he called me saying the rear axle broke. After I explained nicely that I wasn't going to fix it I asked what happened and he admitted that he got stuck on ice and hammered the throttle.

So basically what I should do is:
A: don't help fix the truck.
B: tell him to pound sand and take it to court.
C: win, hopefully. Or he back down.
D: profit?

Am I missing anything here?
Give him this :thefinger:

Caveat emptor, let the buyer beware applies here.
Also, any legal advice that is free, is worth what you paid for it.
That said, its on him, dont repair it.
