2.0L ('83-'88) 87 ranger with 2.0 liter WTB junk e77e 9510 carb - need base section

i got a 87 ranger 2.0 asian carb e77e9510 - D adj screw is frozen & i do mean frozen - in place ( no emissions)- truck used for dump runs 2x a yr - 15 miles ea way. need the lower base of carb - with movable needles - ebay no good- don't really want to do a carb change- my ranger is ALMOST not safe on road. cab held on by 2 bolts etc ( rust)
ANY ONE GOT A JUNK CARB ??? HELP
