got some RC flex joints today, CHEAP...
guess i will be using flex joints on my ra's.
looking at DOMs to get for the ra's....

18" is the overall length of the stock ra's... 12" more is 30" overall,
some of that 18" is the wide part (not tube).. so 2 pieces of 30" DOM would be enough right? since the DOM would have to set in the wide part of the stock arm some....

guess a ruffstuff order is gonna happen soon!
2"x.250 DOM good?
or 1.75x.250? that would give me a 1.25 ID, which i could just thread for my flex joints, no weld in bungs that way..

or do i need 2" DOM?

so shocks are mounted.. everything is finished except brakes.
my dad tore apart the calipers today to clean them, one was frozen up.

only thing i need to finish (other than dad to show back up w/ my calipers) is one passenger side brake hose. need 2 passenger sides to make it work w/ what i have. i'll list it all out when i'm finished w/ the swap.

welp, its on all 4's.. drove it twice so far.
my drive shaft is vibrating a little, no biggie.

thing that scares me is when i first let off the gas and the truck is coasting i have a noise. why? any reason this could be?

i love the 4.56 combo w the 4.0 and 33's!! its perfect gear (or so it seems, i've only drove it twice)

4.56's are bad ass. And so are 4.88's (what I'm rockin' ).
