Need help on 94 ranger either short or bad alternator or something else

Not yet fixing to chase more wires on inside cab

I havent start work on mine since it died 80 miles aways from my place lol, but as soon i get it back into my garage im going to start to figure it out, im really dumb when it comes to wiring and electrical issues lol hopefully we can help each other out

I have checked all wiring no shorts I can find anywhere only thing I can think of is maybe crank sensor is what's throwing everything off when I replaced it I replaced it with a cheapo from amazon and somehow when alternator is hooked up and starting to charge its messing with signals from crank sensor or messing with icm when alternator is hooked up and it fires up alternator goes to about 13.69 volts and then nose dives to about 12.5 as it dies
