My Bronco 2

Dude, married, two houses, one kid, another coming soon, and two big dogs. The only reason my BII has sat for the last two weeks is the alternator isn't keeping up with demand when the headlights are on and I've been trying to finish another job so I have money to fix it.

Mines getting loved this summer. Wife wants to drive it daily lol

Guys the B2's still around. Got a little issue with power to the fuel pump right now; there's power at the inertia switch but no power to the pump... when supplied power the pump works but I ain't had time to figure it out yet... looks like Labor Day weekend is going to be an oil change, good bath and tracing the power issue. I'm kind of depressed over the condition of it right now and instead of letting it keep me down, I'm just going to do something about it.

Today's the first time I've been on here since Jim sent me a PM about the broncocorall article on my B2. I appreciate it guys. Seeing Josh work on his Ranger some recently made me come back and check out TRS again.

And yes I'm still living on the dark side driving my Jeep JK and abusing it when I have time off road.

Anybody have a B2 manual t/case shifter linkage setup??

There are a couple different ones, what trans/t-case do you have?

It's an A4LD from a 92 explorer and a bw1354m I bought from Ben Parker; not sure what it came out of though

I think the 1354 uses a different linkage than the 1350 that was originally in a BII.

Yeah I got to find a shift linkage and shifter setup. Undecided 100% on the manual transmission swap right now but the 1354m will go in.

Still need to trace down this power to the fuel pump issue though. Looked at it a bit today and I don’t have power at the inertia switch But I have power at the fuel pump fuse. I need to find out which relay is my fuel pump relay; it’s not exactly factory under the hood and it’s been awhile since I wired this pup up.

holy tread revival!

this thing is running and driving again!

ending up having to replace both fuel pumps, fuel tank, pigtail to the in tank pump and the filter w/ fresh gas it fired right up and ran. I changed all the fluids and drive it on rainy days now since my jeep stays naked during the summer. it's still not my DD but it's DD'able.

Geeze Ben, only took two years and a pandemic.
