Main Seat Adjuster

Hey guys, would you mind helping me figure out how to repair the Driver's side Seat Adjuster?
I have a '90 Ranger SLT with Manual everything, and the Main-Body Seat adjuster no longer will adjust the Seat forward or Back. So I'm stuck using the Backrest of the seat to drive. Which is a tad bit uncomfortable. If you can imagine...
Anyhoo, I looked under the Seat to see what Springs may have popped off, or some indication of what the cause of it may be, and haven't seen anything.
All of the Springs appear to be intact, and there doesn't seem to be any bars Loose. So I'm kinda stuck in a "pinch" here -literally- and hope you can help...Thanks

Pull on the release lever while looking under the seat and make sure both sides of the lock are releasing. Its very possible that the cable between them broke and one side isn't releasing.
