Looking for better Shocks B8 5165?

Hello, I have a 1986 ford ranger with a 4in lift on it, I live in the desert and do a lot of rough off-roading. I was looking for opinions on the Bilstein B8 5165's, more specifically, pn: 25-331882 for the front and pn: 25-331721 for the rear. The form says the specs should be Front Rear

18.66"-19.92" / 11.52"-12.41"​

29.83"-30.07" / 17.32"-17.70"​

These shocks seem to be close enough, if I am wrong please let me know. I just want opinions on these shocks and if they're worth the extra money over a regular Bilstein. Thanks!
