Help Identifying Axle Shaft Spindle Seal?

I'm working on assembling the front TTB on my 92 Ranger and I'm not 100% sure what this part/parts are. It was located on the same portion of the axle shaft that the dust shield was attached to. I'm not sure if this was one part or two? Anyone know a part number, I'm guessing it had something to do with sealing to the spindle. Not sure overall. The large ring is plastic and the small is rubber.
