Hey guys and gals. I'm new here, just picked up my first ranger. It is a 2011 supercab 4X4 with the 4.0L and automatic. It has just under 50k on her and runs amazing. My issue is, it sits too low and the stock tires (P235-75-R15) are too small.

I ordered Torch Offroad's 1-3" lift using rear shackles and some new torsion keys. After reading some stuff on here I'm wondering if I just install the shackles and crank the stock keys. Here's where I really need some advice, What tires would work well? Is a 265-75-15 too big?

I'm really looking forward to some guidance from you folks!

This probably won't help. I have a 09 4x4 sport Ranger. My tire are 255 R 70 16

I appreciate it, if nothing else I can look at the overall dimensions of the tire size to compare. I might have to breakdown and just get some bigger wheels anyway.

a 2011 with 15" wheels??????
2011 4x4 should have 12" front brake rotors.
only 1 style factory 15" wheel fits over them. any aftermarket will need low backspacing or spacers.
16" fit with no issues.

Interesting, I'm looking at the window sticker to confirm it came with these wheels but it doesn't list the tire size. But they are ford stock wheels.... I may have to measure those rotors.

2008 thru 2011 sit lower then previous years with torsion bars. This is a bit of info about it and doing the earlier model lift.

How big of a tire do you want to run?

I bought one of our last 2011 Rangers out of stock and it had 15" wheels.

Look at the tire pressure decal on the driver's door Jamb, it'll list the original tire size.

You can turn the torsion bars to raise it though

I think I want to go to 265/75/15. Toyo has one I like if I can get it to fit

So the door jamb is showing 15" wheels. Must have that one style of wheel that fits

Yes... I want to say @sgtsandman and his MY11 came with 15's. He has also been through everything you're looking to do here. He may have a few things to add here.
