HELP! 4x4 keyway broke

heres the scoop.

93 ranger xlt 4.0 4x4 automatic with auto hubs

just bought it. redoing front wheel bearings, rotors, calipers.

one of the " single hump locking key" 's was broken.

im not converting it to manual hubs. its gunna be girlfriends truck and that's too complicated for her to use.

if you have one ill buy it.

if you know where I can get one, PLEASE TELL ME ASAP.!!!

I just threw a set of auto hubs away about a week ago, could have sent them to you haha.

I think a junkyard would be your best bet to find a new one

Yeah, hit the yard. Those keys aren't hard to get to as long as you've got a big ol set of vise grips and tiny pick/magnet. Shoot, they may not even charge ya for it. I got some valve spring retainers once for free.

I think if you buy a new spindle nut, it comes with the key.
