I bought my "trucklette" for four grand, and put about twenty more into it. It sounds crazy. I know, but now I got a brand new truck for a lot less. The steel floor in my bed had two holes. Rather than fix them, I thought about spraying a sheet of plywood with bedliner. I went whole hog instead with an oak bed which can be easiy removed.Nice work. My daily was a lifted K3500 c&c dually. 9’ flatbed, 350/NV4500/BW4470 t-case. 10.6-11.5 mpg. Or a 1969 Dodge 318/727 at 9 mpg. 92 K1500 Z71 350/700r4/NP241 at 8 mpg. 77 F100 302/C4 at 10 mpg. 58 D300 315/4spd at 7 mpg…
