Wow! You mean to say your "significant other" is unhappy with your foolish expenditures?Nice work. I’d love to put a Splash bed on my 94, but “she who thinks she must be obeyed” is already too mad at what ressurecting -HER- trucklette, the 94, is going to cost…![]()

I bought my "trucklette" for four grand, and put about twenty more into it. It sounds crazy. I know, but now I got a brand new truck for a lot less. The steel floor in my bed had two holes. Rather than fix them, I thought about spraying a sheet of plywood with bedliner. I went whole hog instead with an oak bed which can be easiy removed.Nice work. Notice it “was” my project but -her- truck?Wow! You mean to say your "significant other" is unhappy with your foolish expenditures?

Exactly. Those duallies for the big jobs.Notice it “was” my project but -her- truck?
My daily was a lifted K3500 c&c dually. 9’ flatbed, 350/NV4500/BW4470 t-case. 10.6-11.5 mpg. Or a 1969 Dodge 318/727 at 9 mpg. 92 K1500 Z71 350/700r4/NP241 at 8 mpg. 77 F100 302/C4 at 10 mpg. 58 D300 315/4spd at 7 mpg…
Hence…. Trucklette…![]()
Only the K3500 and D300 were duallies…Exactly. Those duallies for the big jobs.

It's not perfect, but I'll work on the finish more come nest year. In the meantime it'll be parked in the barn so the cats can walk around on it![]()
