Are ford ranger and Mazda fenders the same size? (interchangeable?)

I have a Mazda b2500 00 but the side fender and the door of the driver side are damaged, does the ford ranger parts will fit?

I believe the door will be fine but the fender will not work - the headlights are a different shape. May also be some other minor differences. My buddy had a B2300 that had a bent fender and he ended up putting a whole Ranger front clip on it because of that issue.

Thank you, I don want to change the front of my truck, so I will have to buy the fender as new.
