I've been struggling too find a diagram or something too show me what 1 of the 4 shift solenoids is my A solenoid (1st-2nd)

What one of those would be for my #1 solenoid then? 7,9,10,14 or 16? Haha. Here are the pin number functions.
Pin Number Circuit Circuit Function 1 — TCC power2 — Turbine shaft speed (TSS) sensor signal3 — Sensor signal return (for TSS)4 — Transmission fluid temperature (TFT) sensor5 — Torque clutch solenoid6 — Not used7 — Shift solenoid (SSC)8 — Sensor signal return (for TFT)9 — Shift solenoid (SSD)10 — Shift solenoid power11 — Electronic pressure control (EPC) power12 — EPC solenoid13 — Not used14 — Shift solenoid (SSB)15 — Not used16 — Shift solenoid (SSA)
what one would be my A solenoid. There is no #1 solenoid. There is A B C D solenoids.
Would it be 16? I noticed the brackets say ssa, ssb, ssc, ssd, I'd assume that's short for shift solenoid a,b,c,d?There is no #1 solenoid. There is A B C D solenoids.
If im looking at the diagram correctly, it will be the solenoid on the passenger rear corner of the transmission, would you say that seems right?I think you are correct. A solenoid would be wire #16. Wire 10 is common.
I'm confused as too what angle of the transmission that picture is looking fromI think you are correct. A solenoid would be wire #16. Wire 10 is common.
circled solenoid is my A?Here's another picture of the valve body wiring. Only thing I can tell you is when you pull the pan off, look for the large round thing that is shown in the pictures below.
- 1. Connect shift solenoids SSA, SSB, SSC and SSD electrical connectors.
- 2. Connect the torque converter clutch (TCC) solenoid electrical connector.
- 3. Connect the electronic pressure control (EPC) solenoid electrical connector.

That looks right to me using the attachment picture in post 2, and the wiring legend in post 3. Looks like wire 16 and wire 10 are solenoid Acircled solenoid is my A?
