Find the wires at the bottom of the seatbelt where it bolts to the floor. Jump the 2 wires with a paperclip or a short piece of wire.

I just unplugged the wires under the seat in my '94 F150 and didn't bother to put a jumper in.

On my '93 Ranger I couldn't figure out whether it was the seatbelt, the ignition or the door, but something was out of whack and it kept chiming whether the key was in the ignition or not and sometimes while driving down the road.

I followed the sound to a box under the dash in the center and unplugged the whole thing at the source. Just be careful b/c now there'll be no warning for seatbelt, headlight left on, key left in ignition, or door ajar.

That's why you jump the 2 wires!
