DAMN... you got off very cheap...... my 7 year 83 V8 build cost me as much in beer as it did in building the truck.... and its still not 100% finished.

When I buy a "new" ranger i have very strict rules, nothing over $800. nothing beyond 93 body style, must be 4L auto. and must be sound enough to not needing major rust repair.

As you said, 6k later.... if I need to put more than $5-600 in initial repairs, i will leave it where it sits as I just buy them for cheap transportation only.
