I have a 1995 5.0l that has been stroked to a 354ci, it was all balance to neutral with a neutral balancer and a aod flexplate with the weight removed. I now want put a manual in it and I think a i-6 300 flywheel will bolt up and is neutral balanced but since the aod flexplate has a big hole opposite of where the weight was does that mean its not quite neutral? what do I need to do here?

The six flywheel should work. As for that missing metal, ask the guy who balanced your engine.

is what im gettin at is instead of using neutral flexplate when it got balanced, he took the weight off the aod flexplate and ford puts a hole opposite of the weight I guess to get by with a smaller weigh, the neutral flexplates are solid, would the weight of that hole be enough to affect the balance if I put on a true neutral flywheel?

No engine is perfectly balanced at all rpms. The guy who does the balancing on my engines told me that. He'll balance one for a certain rpm range. That missing metal likely wasn't enough to make a difference, if you never felt it in running the engine, then you're fine.

I haven't put the new flywheel on yet, I wanted to get other people's input before I did it
