If you don’t weld much and haven’t put many hours on it, I can’t help but wonder if the liner is indeed bad. My one buddy has a little Craftsman welder like yours, it’s got low hours an a few spools through it and no liner issues so far. My big Lincoln has probably 30# of wire run through it with no liner change (It has a 44# spool in it, lol). Of course, I’m not an expert on it, but it just makes me wonder if there is not something else that’s the root of the issue
