Hey there, looking for a Dana 35 and 8.8 rear axle. Would like to swap them on to my '85 bronco II. Actually if anyone would have suggestions of where to look for a great donor I'd appreciate it. A donor early 90's two explorer would be best then I could swap the 4.0L and trans also. I know alot of people have done this so if anyone has suggestions or tips it would be much appreciated. I'm looking at swapping out my 4" rough country garbage lift for a duff stage 3, 5 1/2" lift and going up to either 32" or 33" tires.

:icon_welder: Knows enough to be dangerous!!

If you were closer, and in my country I have a complete 94 Explorer Xlt 4door with 3.73s and a LS rear. Its a rotten pile but I bought it off a coworker because I knew how well it was maintained. haven't used it yet to convert my 2wd explorer 2 yrs later .:dunno:

Try looking here: http://geo.craigslist.org/iso/us/pa
You may have to search out of the area a little, run an add in the wanted section closest to you and search daily.
It took me a couple months to find one in my area, but more than worth the time.
