Depends where the mansion is. I used to own two franchises of a national service-type company and one thing I learned during 21 years in that business is that there is never a recession in the D.C. suburbs and northern California. The rest of us might be cooking the dog for dinner but the folks in those areas and the people who serve them will be just fine. The rest of us could be struggling to make a profit at times but franchise owners in those areas were still racking up sales awards.
