Figured before i dig super deep i may as well list the codes i have and see if any of yall have had similar problems and what your fixes were (also to help people in the future with similar problems rather than just googling it on my own)
KOEO (Key On Engine Off):
121 Indicates Throttle position voltage is inconsistent with MAF (where applicable)
KOER (Key On Engine Running):
412 Unable to control RPM during low RPM self test
116 Coolant Temperature Sensor out of self test range
121 Indicates Throttle position voltage is inconsistent with MAF (where applicable)
411 Unable to control RPM during high RPM self test
129 Insufficient manifold absolute pressure/mass air flow change during dynamic response check
167 Insufficient throttle position sensor change during dynamic response check
(all codes were obtained via jumping the self test port and counting CEL flashes. All descriptions were obtained via my haynes manual)
