Needing to level out the rear end on my ranger. The Tuff country lift gave me 4 in front and 3 in back. I heard about belltech shackles but ive heard they can flip. Was thinking about getting blocks but shackles will be easier. And i found some 6400's on summit but it says they are for lowering? Are they talking about lowering the leafs?

No. The belltech 6400 lower chevy full size trucks due to the shackle points up on them and its the opposite on a ranger meaning the longer the shackle on the chevy would raise the rear of the leaves up to the bed and lower the ride height and is vise versa on a ranger.

You can also run ford ranger factory 2 inch lift blocks and be just fine too and could be less work in the end.

I'd say the shackles are easier than blocks, providing you can get the bolts out.

Thanks guys i just installed the shackles last night. I had to pull my hitch off because the bottom bolt on the stock shackle wouldnt slide out, it was in the way. I got the left side put on fine, but when i came to the other side, i got the top bolt halfway off and the clip that holds the bolt from spinning broke off. I couldnt fit a wrench up there so i had to remove my bed to get it off :/ That gave me a chance to clean the dirt off the frame though. Anyways it looks good, my only concern it that the shackle on the passenger side seems really close to my exhaust pipe. Only a couple inches of clearance. Is that supposed to be that way?

Are you sure they can flip? I'd be worried I'd hit the inside of bed withal... Idk, I didn't check clearances. I took my bed off from start 2 man lift only because it's awkward. I need a new fuel filler neck lol.
