So I replace the crank position sensor and bought a new timing belt and tensioner. I got my crank marks to line up but the cam line is way off. I’ve turned motor 360 degrees and it’s still the same. Is there a way I can get all the marks to line up?

You need to turn crank 720deg, 2 times 360deg, full circle :), and you need to do that with tensioner in place and tight

But how far off is the cam gear from the 4:00 mark/position, after turning crank 2 full turns, it won't ever be exact, 1/2 tooth off is expected one-way or the other

Cam and AUX gear can have 2 marks each, a triangle and a diamond, the gears themselves are interchangeable
Triangle mark is for cam gear timing and diamond mark is for AUX gear(oil pump) timing

A worn diamond mark can look like a triangle

and on a '90 the aux gear doesn't matter for anything... it only drives the oil pump so just ignore it...

Like Ron said, +/- 1/2 tooth is normal, so just get it to that point

crank 720deg = cam 360deg
Crank gear has 1/2 the teeth of cam gear

I use string. Center of cam bolt to center of aux shaft bolt the cam mark should line up, #1 cylinder is up(crank keyway up). Route timing belt from crank to aux shaft then to cam then around tensioner... no worries though its non interference engine so you wont destroy it if your a tooth off!!
