I have an 84 BII, and the radiator was bolted in at the top on each corner, and simply sat on the brackets on the bottom. really simple, I thought. I also swapped out my original rad lthat was leaking for one from a 91 "X" that was a 5spd, Ranger would be the same of course, to make it easier to find in a junkyard. I ended up having to drill the holes for the upper mounts, and trim off the little "pegs" on the bottom of the tank to get it to set right, but would would swear that it is a factory one core Alu. rad. sitting there. The 4.0 fan shroud also fit perfectly. I can get some pics. tomorrow if you would like.
