The problem is the linkage is attached to the transmission, and people don't expect others to be modifying things and doing odd swaps, they expect you just need a transfer case because the old one is broken... not because you want your 4x4 to work when you expect it to... . This is the beginning of the manual transfer cases going away, so they aren't very common as well so it just adds to it...

I guess that makes sense, still would expect somebody to carry replacements...oh well, guess I'll keep looking

linkages don't break often, so they don't sell, so they get torched when the tcase is removed

Manual transfer cases were pretty much gone in the late 1990's same as manual transmissions
Both became Pay Extra Options, and by mid-2000s were not even offered/available as an option, lol

So the OEM shifter spare parts were used up long ago, and there is just not enough demand in large enough numbers for a 3rd party to replicate them

Behemoth Drivetrain made an electric to manual shifter that worked on any Ford BW electric transfer case, thought it was a great idea
But not enough of a market so they stopped making it

Even the Shiftser died out because of limited demand
