I've personally heard they're really good, and I've seen them used on a few project vehicles (on t.v.) so they can't be too bad.

Those are good tires, but they are really heavy. Your gas milage will go to crap.

they are a great tire, but like has been said they are heavy, most are load range D and E what size are you getting? im guessing 285/75 16 which will be load range D so yes they will be very heavy.

If you are going to be running in mud, get true mud tires. If it's just the occassional off roading/trail riding they should be fine. I know a few guys who have them on their trucks and while they don't seem to do well in florida mud in my experience, they ride very well and look great.
