My 5R55E is puzzling...

Here lately my transmission has been shifting hard from 2nd gear to 3rd gear and 3rd gear to 4th gear. Yesterday, it was pretty bad but this morning it shifted like when it was new. It's not slipping... just shifting very hard.

It's full of fluid and the fluid looks nice & clean, doesn't smell burnt. It isn't throwing any codes and the OD light doesn't blink.

Any suggestions?

I might have to leave this site... ever since I joined my truck has been costing me money.

When shifting from 3rd to 4th, does it go to high rpms and then kinda shift down really quick and drop down a few thousand rpms say if you're flooring it?

Nope. It all shifts normal... the shifts are just hard.
