GAS Prices in Canada

WTF? It dropped to $1.22 yesterday and I put in $25...went back today to top it up today and it was back to $1.27...

I'm confused...

Went from $1.22 on Thursday up to $1.38 today...just managed to fill up before the price rise...but i guess they'll get me when I have to fill again...

does canada run on $per liter or gallon? in virginia, it jumped up twords 5 a gallon but is 4 a gallon where i live

Per liter. It jumped about 11 to 13 cents PER liter here, depending where you live. About 4 liters per gallon. Doing a little math , it jumped about 52 cents a gallon................... in a few hours.............. to $5.20 a gallon or $1.30 a liter.

We're almost down to last weeks low...$1.26 last night...but the economy doesn't look good...looks doog...

I gasses up at $1.24 here yesterday, all $75 of it. Woke up this morning, down to $1.16.

Yeah, I was about to top up the tank at $1.38...it's now down to $1.19 as of late last night...maybe it will dip below a buck!

I'm going to check the one down the street shortly...I'm happier now that I don't drive two hours a day because the gas prices were knocking a big chunk out of my disposable income...I can usually go two weeks on a tank now...whereas I was going two days when I was commuting...hope I can find work close to home when I graduate...

We went down to $0.99 for a day...filled up today at $1.00.6 and that should last for two weeks...nice to see it below a buck for a change...

Canadian dollar is down so gas goes down...I have no idea...

you know it really sucks that I was all excited to fill up tonight at $1.05, I remember freaking out when it jumped overnight from like .79 cents a litre to over a buck!

Yeah...the fluctuations are wild...and you never have advanced notice (unless you know the stock markets/dollar value and can predict from that)...

We're at 1.032 or something like that...much better, but for how long...who knows!

world oil prices per barrel, is what controls the silly gas prices,, stupid thing is. Gas is the left overs from oil refinement. notice motor oil stays the same for the most part never really changes up and down with the cost of a barrel of oil.

But gas is the money maker not motor oils, Gas is what is left over after they refine a barrel of crude oil. They used to burn it in open pits before the internal combust motors, be thankful for electric lights, i would hate to be using keriseen lights!
