I have not seen the front end of a 1995+ 2.3 engine to know the difference dimensionally from the 89-91 dual vane hub.

Can someone elaborate on the procedure for the conversion? Just the mechanical part…. Not the electronic. That covers:
Pulley R&R
New pulley modification, if any
Conversion/install of the VR sensor from a donor vehicle

I am assuming it is not straightforward like go to JYD and yank a sensor and balancer, then just reinstall on existing crank and sensor mounts…. Can’t be that easy.

save me some grief and tell me the speed secrets and pitfalls of the conversion.

Again- ignore all electronic discussion- I just need to install the parts properly- not have them work with any particular system.

Thanks in advance!

The sensor is mounted to the front seal housing I believe and I think the reluctor wheel is just attached to the balancer, I'm pretty sure you just need those two parts...
