walmart driving lights?

Is it worth it to buy a set of driving lights from walmart, i forget the brand name...im just looking for a bit more light. the lights were like under $20 for 2 lights and wiring kit.

were they like glass lights with black backs and blue bulbs? if so then yes

they have some of the black backs with blue lights think they said fog lights on them...um, they also have the glass ones. on top of that i am thinkin of doing the hi/low beams on high.
