Take some sidewalk chalk and coat the tread of the tire. Roll the truck and see what gets rubbed off and what doesn’t. The tread should make full contact across the entire width of the tread.

Typically, the best psi is pretty close to the OEM one(s) on the door jam sticker.

My OEM tires were 35 psi. When I ran the math on the new tires, I came up with 36 psi to meet or slightly exceed what Ford had the original tires setup as far as load capacity.

You may do good with uprated sway bars too. They reduce body roll which, in turn, saves the edges on the tires, especially on the front end.

The tires have a 50psi, so... They put in 50lbs but it rode too hard. So I brought it down to 44. Ride is better.

I am getting some light scraping in the front tires when turning hard. I guess I can add the updated sway bars like @Lefty a forum member just stated. Does anyone have a link for these sway bars, and are they easy to install?

As recommended or max? Either way, that's very unlikely to be correct for your use.

You can pull one out of a junkyard. Get one from an Explorer which is the same year as your truck. Or go on Ebay. You want one that is 1" thick, probably from a v8. You will also need new link pins. If you have never done it, ask a friend to help

If your ranger has torsion bars then you can crank them a little tighter and lift the front end until the tires clear the fenders.

The pressure as written on the tire is not what is recommended for your particular vehicle. Somewhere on your vehicle, glovebox or door jamb are common spots, will have the "correct" OEM pressure listed.
