Truck Hesitates then Acts Normal

A while ago I wanted to refurbish some of the parts on this engine to make it run better/longer, thought it may not have been running on all cylinders cuz slow. Replaced the whole distributor even tho timed and replaced plugs, plug wires and ignition coil, and fuel stuff, truck needs help starting then runs when I give it some gas at the start. Then while driving or idling it’ll just drop in rpms then act like nothing happened. Thinking the Distributor ignition pickup is bad in my new distributor? Also issue gets worse as I drive it day after day, on the 3rd day of driving after replacement kept stalling when clutching in and would die at idle sometimes.

When you timed it did you pull the SPOUT connector before doing so?

Also, O2 sensors wear out. Good for 10 years or 100,000 miles.

Yes I made sure to
