when engine is running and in neutral when i press the clutch it dies. i don’t quite understand plz help maybe try the auto ECU, bench bleed the master and reconnect clutch switch jumper?

So the truck will idle fine but dies when you push the clutch in, while the truck is in neutral?
If this is correct then it may be an issue with the clutch neutral safety switch at the pedal. Recheck the wiring and make sure you connected the clutch pedal neutral switch to the correct wires.

Nothing in the old automatic NSS wiring or clutch switch wiring can cause a stall, no crank/no starter motor yes, but not a stall
Or in the Computer(PCM/ECU), i.e. there is no "kill the engine" sensor

If clutch isn't working then engine can/will stall when you try to put it into gear, but not if left in neutral

So could be a wiring issue under the dash, clutch pedal arm is moving/pinching some wires which is cutting power to an engine system
