Hello all,

I have the new water pump bolted on the cover, and have painted the cover Ford Red! ALso the new gears and chain plus guide and tensioner are on, but wondering about the timing, both marks are correct and pointing at each other, but I did notice that the bottom cog moved with camshaft gear with chain on, is that ok, or do I need to make sure of TDC on the 1 cyl. I am assuming that as long as the two marks are pointed towards each other, that it is in timed status?

Thanks for all the help TRS folk!

All back together, BUT, upon putting water back into the system, it started dripping out of the water neck, stripped bottom bolt it looks like, time for a helicoil!
