Strange leak in 2005 Ford Ranger

Hello right now I have a 2005 Ford Ranger XLT 4.0 V6 4x4 5-speed manual with 135,000 miles on it, and it is my first vehicle I owned. Long story short, I went to the gym, the truck sat in the parking lot for 4 hours, and when I came out there was wet spot on the pavement where I parked.

It was on the driver side directly under the driver seat (except it was on the pavement, not inside the truck) I looked under and did not notice and visible dripping, but it does have me a little concerned on what it could be and how I can fix it or at least replace what has been lost.

Any ideas on what it could be?

Just plain, clean water? Were you running air conditioning? If so, It might just be condensate from the evaporator coil. I'm not sure where the drain for that is on your truck. If it's anything like mine, there will be a little rubber hose stubbed through the firewall that the water would be dripping from. I would usually expect that to be on the passenger side.

Watch and see if it happens when you park in other places.

Next time check what the fluid is.

Fuel filter/fuel lines, and rear brake line are in the frame rail under drivers seat area, check brake fluid level sooner than later

There are no other fluids in that area as described
AC water drain is usually passenger side just behind front wheel area, not as far back as the seats

A Ranger's AC drain should be on the passenger side near the firewall.

Some vehicles have the drain stuck through the floor near the trans tunnel, or mid-line of the vehicle to try and keep debris out of them.
