Rear hitch options for 87

Are there any hitches that i can bolt on that wont require an open end wrench to drop the spare tire if i ever needed it? Right now what i have for a hitch is really more of a "drop hitch" that is bolted to the bumper with a bar going to the bolt on the spare tire carrier. I might be able to get a nice round tube uhaul hitch off a newer ranger at a salvage yard for almost nothing but im worried about if it will interfere with the spare tire carrier. I know i could just throw it in the bed and not worry about it but i need the bed so that wont work. My truck is a more or less stock 87 supercab xlt 4x4 if that matters any

I had a hitch on my old 88 that didn't interfere with the spare at all. I think it was a Reese, but I'm sure multiple companies make them.

were you able to still use the lug wrench to drop it? was it a round tube one or a square tube one?
