The heavy gauge Y/LTB wire is your starter solenoid wire. The R/Y and BK/W are the AC high pressure switch wires (vehicle side) and will need to be removed from the engine harness and installed in the fenderwell harness, along side the driverside of the radiator, to the new location of the high pressure switch. The remaining grey (GY/BK or GY/W, cant remember off the top of my head) and black wires are for the AC compressor clutch, which go to the 12 pin plug....

Ok, that all makes sense. I can cut out the necessary color coded wires and connectors from the old 3.0L battery harness and tie them into the appropriate locations on the new application. I don't know why but I got caught up in thinking they were separate connectors and belonged to unrelated components. It wasn't until I stepped away for a while and read the replies that I understood they are the same circuits.
