np345 and rear srt10 d60...

ive done a search on the np435 and havent seen many swaps into a ranger. ive got a 91 im going to put a 302EFI in an want to back it with a np345 tranny, are there any complications as far as crossmembers and clearances i might run into?
also i just came across a d60 out of an srt10. does anybody know anything about these axles? are they the same as a regular d60 besides the bolt pattern?

dangerranger83 used an np435 with his swap. Im not sure how different the first and second gens are but the shifter will be way into the dash and you will have to cut the floor for it.
