LED trailer light issue

are they on the truck or a trailer???

if its on the truck then you will need a eletronic flasher or soder in a resistor in to the wireing to the turn signal, they should still flash but be fast the fact LED hardly draw any juice makes the flasher "think" you have a lamp out and cause the rapid flash

if its on the trailer and your truck has amber turn signals in the back than its your trailer light converter

The lights are on the truck, and ive only done the PS, the DS is still incandescent lights.
The LED side stays lit when trying to used the signal, the DS works fine.

if I do need a flasher, how would I know what amp to get?

The electronic flasher has the ground wire right?

It looks like a regular flasher it will just say electronic on the box ........ Also read on the back of the box should be something saying it does not have a bulb out indicator

Tridon EL12
-or-
Standard EFL1

Either of these will plug in and work if your only running LEDs in the rear.

Thanks guys for your help, ill post pics when I get finished.
But here's a small teaser.

Well, I got my eletronic flasher today....no instructions. Is the lead a ground or something that needs a 12v source?
