2.3L ('02-'11) Help! Where do these go?

What are these and where do they go? I was replacing my fuel injectors and when I pulled out the fuel rail, these fell into the engine bay. I didn't see where they fell from. And I can’t figure out where they go. Any help is appreciated! 2002 Ranger with the 2.3 Duratec motor for context. They are some sort of plastic spacer.
