It's a Smittybilt bumper for a Jeep Cherokee. I bought it off craigslist and adapted it to make it fit. I got rid of the lower valance with turn signals and put them in the grille.

Removed my shitbox (Strongbox) today to figure out a new place for a vent. I decided to put one on the back half of the housing. I went ahead and drilled a pilot hole. After that I used a 5/16" bit and about 3/8 of an inch deep I realized what I had done. I drilled through a threaded bolt hole. Oh well, figured Jacob wasnt going to warranty the box anyway...as I can't get ahold of him because he won't respond.

I'm going to hopefully have it reassembled today.
 
So did you keep that hole there or did you make another one? How much fluid was in it when you pulled out?

I'm probably going to plug the hole. I drilled a new one directly back but on the rear case. They really do need a baffle.

I lost the magnetic drain plug. I have no clue where it went. I don't think it's onside the shitbox but the only way to check is.to tear it all back apart. I'm just about ready to throw this piece of shit away.

There was about 1/2-3/4 a quart.

Here's an engine bay pic. Still need to clean up a little wiring and mount my fuse box on the left. Also need to reroute the spark plug wires.

I got the shitbox back in and working. I drove it down my street in 4 low in 5th and it pours out of the new vent. I guess I'm going to have to run a catch can or something. Or just run it until it stops leaking out fluid and call it good. I'm ready to ditch it. This time there is about 3/4 quart 80w-90 in it
