Guy wants money back


tow the line, don't give him a damn thing. Don't even help him fix it.
 
Tell this guy that your warranty dept is handled by Helen Wait,if he wants a warranty,tell him to go to Helen Wait.
 
It's like I tell all my customers - it's a car and it will break down. We do a lot of used vehicle inspections and always make it clear that even though we have checked it over it doesn't mean that it won't break down. If you sold it as is then don't spend any of your money trying to help him out.

If you didn't inform him of a problem the car had, you would be lying to him. If you where honest about eveything, told him more than you had too, no worries. If you lied to him about things, you really only have to deal with yourself....unless he can track down some dealer papers showing it was in for that same problem.
