totally off-topic, but why cant they have the power windows on the same circuit as the power locks?-LIVE- at all times, you hop in with some food & (try) to eat then the garbage bees want to come in, you cant just hit the switch & roll up the window, and the keys are still in your pocket that you cant get to, and you have a hot carry-out order of bourbon chicken . ( yes, its the escape I was out in today, not only does the key for the ranger never come out of the ignition, its manual windows anyhow)
I had a astro van years ago that a previous owner had a issue with the relay for the power windows, so he bridged the power feed from the power lock relay and it then had “live” power windows! Best thing ever, say it would start to rain, just run out & hit the switch, no problem!, no looking for keys, no need to mess with the ignition if you’re parked and want to roll down a window. I dont get the logic on having to need the key on to operate a power window.
Don't eat at the dump and you won't be attacked by garbage bees...
